Visiting this website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse, and may keep them in access logs for a short time. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Requesting access or contacting us

When you email us to request access or with a question, we receive your name, email address, company details and whatever you write. We use them to answer you, to assess your request and, if you become a customer, to set up your account. Legal basis: steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us (Article 6(1)(f)).

We keep these emails while we handle your request. If no account follows, we delete them within 12 months. Once you are a customer, your details become part of your account records.

Who receives your data

Our providers for website hosting and for email, which process it on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so under an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, to restrict or object to its use, and for a copy in a portable format. Email hello@powerspring.eu. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
