How billing works

  • Add credits from €20 up to €10,000 per top-up, by card (credited immediately) or SEPA bank transfer to the account details shown at checkout (credited when the money arrives, usually within one or two business days). Larger top-ups need a one-time identity check of the account owner, which takes a few minutes.
  • Each request is charged for input and output tokens at the model's price. The exact cost is in every API response (usage.cost) and in your usage page.
  • Invoices are issued automatically for every top-up.
  • Auto top-up (optional) adds credits by card when your balance runs low.

FAQ

Why do prices change?

We run models with EU infrastructure partners and our prices follow theirs. Decreases apply within an hour. Increases also apply within an hour, and are announced on the changelog.

Do credits expire?

Yes, 12 months after your most recent top-up. Every top-up restarts the 12 months for your whole balance, and we email you before the date.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

No. Credits are prepaid and can't be refunded.

Is there a free trial?

Not automatically. If you're evaluating Powerspring for a team, contact us and we'll add trial credits.

Do you offer volume discounts?

For steady volume, contact us with your expected monthly tokens.

Which currency?

Euro only.

Do you charge for failed requests?

No. Requests that fail are not charged, and neither are responses that break off because of a problem on our side or a partner's. If you cancel a streaming response yourself, or it reaches our 15-minute time limit, you pay for the prompt and the output already sent to you.
